Noel O. Furrer is a seasoned hospitality expert with over 20 years of leadership in luxury hotels and private members clubs across Europe and Asia. 

With a career rooted in hotel development, operations, and brand building, Noel has orchestrated high-profile pre-openings, managed multimillion-dollar projects, and delivered remarkable business turnarounds. 

His standout achievements include steering a private members club in Macau to breakeven within three years and increasing sales by 25% at a retreat center in Cambodia. A multilingual talent (Swiss, German, English, French) with a Bachelor’s in Hotel Management from Hotel Management School Belvoir Park, Zurich, and an early start as a chef in Michelin-starred kitchens, Noel’s diverse journey reflects his creativity, resilience, and knack for crafting exceptional guest experiences.

In 2023, a life-changing accident reshaped Noel’s path, leading him on a profound journey of self-discovery and healing. Inspired by the teachings of Carl Jung, Michael Singer, Abraham Hicks, Gabor Mate, and Eckhart Tolle, he delved into the realms of psychology, spirituality, and personal development. Their wisdom helped him understand the depths of human behavior, the power of words, awakened to new perspectives, and embrace the power of living in the present moment. 

This transformative experience not only reshaped his personal life but also redirected his professional focus towards enhancing human connection and communication in business and personal levels.

He then founded the renown coaching business NOELITOS – Personal Growth Lab.

As a certified life purpose coach and expert in Human Behavior & Communication Awareness and Mindful leadership approach, Noel now dedicates himself to empowering individuals and teams, blending his hospitality expertise with a fresh, people-centric mission.

He and his team create tailored powerful, mindful personalized retreats and training programs for CEO's, business owners and their leadership teams all over the world.
